Harmonized language regarding the Stanford rider with the approved policy by the Faculty Senate. Correct language in section VI.F.3 regarding prohibitions on accepting certain types of funding.
Policy on Conflict of Interest and Conflict of Commitment
RPH 4.1 has subsumed RPH 4.4. Define activities requiring prior approval as well as adding a definition section to define terms. Population of who needs to disclose outside interests in OPACS has been expanded. Clarifies and harmonizes terms with other RPH policies. Allows for a central COI committee to be formed. Clarifies when foreign activities must be disclosed. Allows for school specific procedures.
