Internal LOI due at noon. Support for four-year PhD training pilots with dual competency in super intelligence and a scientific discipline, including research at a DOE national lab and in industry.
The Genesis Mission Graduate Fellowship Pilot aims to cultivate a highly skilled, AI-ready scientific workforce of domestic PhD-level scientists and engineers with dual competencies in SI (super intelligence) and a scientific discipline. Pilots will integrate rigorous dual-competency academic coursework with high-impact research experiences at DOE National Laboratories/SC user facilities and industry partners, producing an initial cohort of approximately 100 Genesis Mission Graduate Fellows in four years. Fellows’ research must address the SC-relevant Genesis Mission National Science and Technology Challenges detailed in DE-FOA-0003612.
