University Exemption Certification - Tangible Items and Information

As of February 1, 2025, use of the University Exemption - Tangible Items and University Exemption and Information forms has been discontinued. Parties seeking guidance regarding exports of spacecraft (including satellites, satellite subsystems, and related equipment) and information pertaining to spacecraft (including disclosing such information to foreign nationals within the US) should reach out to exportcontrols@stanford.edu for assistance.
