This course is part of Cardinal Curriculum Level II Certification.  If you are working toward a Cardinal Curriculum Level II certificate, this class is an elective. We recommend you take it after taking the required Level II classes.

This course will help you get familiar with the policies and practices for Stanford service centers. Take this course if you are considering starting a service center for an existing or new operation, or you currently manage a service center. It is always available as a desktop reference.
