Axess is where members of the Stanford community review and update information in their electronic records. Using Axess, students perform functions such as: add, drop, and evaluate classes; update addresses; review grades; request official transcripts; review degree requirements status; review and accept financial aid awards; and check their University bill. Faculty, instructors, and advisors can submit grades; review evaluations; and monitor advisees. Staff members can monitor financial and benefit information and register for training courses.
